As a not-for-profit organization, we’re committed to remaining true to our mission and managing our financial resources effectively. Unlike for-profit communities that create returns for owners or shareholders, any revenues exceeding operating costs at WhiteStone are reinvested in our community. Our Board of Directors volunteer their time and talents to ensure quality services and management. Our bottom line is resident satisfaction.
Since 2006, we’ve been managed by Life Care Services (LCS), the nation’s leading manager of high-quality senior living communities. Today, LCS manages more than 140 senior living communities in 31 states. Their expertise helps our community stay financially strong, stable and able to exceed residents’ expectations.
OUR MISSION
Guided by our fraternal values, the WhiteStone community delivers senior living hospitality, services and housing that nurture individuals physically, spiritually and intellectually.
OUR FOUNDATION
We’re proud to carry on the tradition of providing financial assistance to fraternally affiliated members in need through our foundation, the North Carolina Masonic and Eastern Star Home Foundation. This financial assistance is made available by charitable contributions from the Masonic and Eastern Star foundations, from Masonic lodges and Eastern Star chapters, and from caring individual donors.
